Andy Le Seelleur MBE

Andy Le Seelleur co-founded Wetwheels Jersey, raising £160,000 in just six weeks to build and commission the 9.5-metre power catamaran which has taken over 2,500 disabled and disadvantaged passengers of all ages onto the water in just over three full seasons. In 2013 he was awarded an MBE for services to the community.

Andy regularly advises on third-sector issues, helping organisations with matters such as formation, structure, strategy, fundraising and governance. After losing his wife to suicide in 2016, Andy has focused on supporting other families in similar situations and independently challenging the standards of mental healthcare in Jersey.
